How to Properly Take Care of Your Eyelash Extensions

Not everyone is born to have perfect, long, full looking lashes. Many of us throw wads of cash to those mascara advertisements. They make it look so promising that if you try their product, you will end up looking like the models that are featured with super voluminous lashes.
Well I don't know if your are fed up with your short lashes yet but I AM. Fed up with the dozens of useless mascaras I put on everyday to trick people I have long lashes. Fed up with my eyelash curler that sometimes doesn't curl like I want them to... meaning a couple my lashes will be over-curled, while some are straight, and the other few that are curled out for some odd reason.. Fed up with the sticky glue getting all over my eye lids and hands every time I try to fix the false lashes in place. JUST FED UP. If you just said "Amen" to me preaching, I think it is about time we all try a new eyelash lengthening technique and know every thing there is to know about them.

1) Find the Lashes that Works Best for You
There are many types of looks the you can aim for with extensions. Look for the ones that suits you the best. There are different levels of curls, lengths, and thicknesses.

2) No Touchy-Touchy
Doesn't matter if you like picking and it's too tempting to not touch, DO NOT touch or pull them! Unless you want to end up lashes, I suggest you keep your hands off your pretty new extensions.

3) You Must Groom Them Daily
It's just a necessary cosmetic procedure to maintain your lashes. Grooming it will keep your lashes looking good and keep them nicely aligned.

4) Clean Them with Diluted Baby Shampoo
Once a day, clean your eyelashes with baby shampoo mixed with water to rinse off the dirt and grime that can get built up on your extensions.

5) AVOID Oil Based Products
Check the ingredient list of eye products. You want to avoid getting your extensions all oily because it can destroy the adhesive glue and make your extensions fall off much sooner than you would like.

6) Regular Lash Appointments if You Want to Maintain Them
Set an appointment around every 3 weeks to keep your extensions looking full and freaky-freaky FRESH ;)

Lots of Love,
